Tastings & Cellar visits in Alsace
All year round, every day from 10am to 7pm, our team welcomes you to tell you about our history and that of Alsatian viticulture. Travel from terroir to terroir as you pass through our straw-built winery, soak up the scent of the cellar as you learn about the natural winemaking process, before settling down to taste our cuvées.
The tasting generally includes 5 tasting glasses, but we don't hesitate to explore our entire menu to find the one that suits you best. Don't worry, we'll guide you step-by-step through this discovery.
Eager to share, we offer this experience to all potential wine buyers. The tasting is free if you take a few bottles home with you. However, if your luggage doesn't allow you to take any bottles home, a contribution of 9€ is required to take part in our adventure.
Discover the Biodynamic Vineyard
In the mood for a hike? For €20 per person, enjoy a walk through our vineyards, with a breathtaking view of the vineyards. You'll learn all about biodynamic viticulture, the different grape varieties and Alsace terroirs. The tour continues in our cellar and ends with a tasting of our cuvées.
Events & Evenings at the Domaine
If our wines no longer hold any secrets for you, come and enjoy a relaxing moment at the foot of the châteaux with a glass of wine. We keep a few bottles of our older vintages for you to (re)discover on site.
To accompany your tasting, we offer a selection of organic and local cheeses and charcuterie.
As the seasons change, you can watch us at work and take part in the life of the estate: come and dance to the plums in August, taste freshly pressed grape juice in September and enjoy natural oysters in December.
Seminars & Privatizations in our Chai
In a more intimate setting, join us for our tasting evenings on the third Thursday of the month. We'll take you on a journey through a variety of flavors and themes: sushi, tapas, cheese, there's something for everyone. By reservation only, discover 5 to 6 food and wine pairings for €29 per person.
Themed Tasting Evenings
We also welcome you for all your private or professional events. Spend a moment out of time: from the simple provision of a space with video projector during the day to the privatization of the premises until the end of the night, our offer adapts to your needs.
Seminar areas
For seminars, take advantage of our various indoor and outdoor spaces, equipped with the usual aids (tables, video projectors). Because there's more to life than work, your teams can discover our place, our wines and our methods. For even more conviviality, our estate can host your team parties or lunches, with catering or snacks on site.
