The Excellence of Biodynamic Viticulture

Our commitment to viticulture that respects the environment is expressed through over 20 years of organic farming certification and conversion to biodynamic viticulture in 2003. Our parcels, carefully selected from the four corners of central Alsace, benefit from the constant attention of our passionate team.

An exceptional terroir Alsacien

Our vineyards flourish on a mosaic of soils composed of gravel, sandstone, clay, granite and schist. This richness, combined with meticulous handcrafting and non-interventionist winemaking, gives our wines a remarkable character. We make all the traditional Alsace grape varieties - Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Gewurztraminer, Sylvaner, Muscat - exclusively with indigenous yeasts and no inputs during fermentation.

Our Straw Winery, Unique in Europe

In 2016, we turned our vision into reality with the construction of a unique bioclimatic winery. This passive wood and straw building, constructed with 5,000 self-supporting straw bales, represents the largest construction of its kind in Europe. Ideally located at the heart of the Alsace wine route, it embodies our commitment to sustainable viticulture.
